Director Rhogar,

On multiple occasions now I have had to field complaints from clients that their shipments of liquor have arrived with a peculiar smell odour pungency. Apparently the whisky connoisseurs have sensitive noses? I have managed to prevent any escalations, but I fear that if this were to continue we would be in danger of losing some very lucrative business. Perhaps the maintenance budget could be stretched so we don't need an open sewer grate can find an alternative ventilation solution for the warehouse?
