Gruumsch

Orcish god of war worshipped by the demon-summoning gnolls that invaded Western Scharn. In the caves beneath the gnoll camp, Grokko discovered and desecrated an altar that had originally been dwarven before gnolls repurposed it by hanging a bone trinket by a nail from the wall above the altar. The altar was located up a dead end, but the fact that there were fresh sacrifices on the altar indicated that gnolls travelled its length and therefore it wouldn't be safe for the party to rest there.

After Grokko defaced the altar by attaching one of his jars of preserved fish, it was detectable by Kham's Detect Evil and Good.
